What I Wore (school uniform)

There is nothing outstanding about this outfit I'm sharing today.

Except maybe the fun detail on the back of my new chambray top (which was covered by my cardigan ~ it is not sleeveless top weather yet).

This outfit is just another version of what I call my school uniform...........

What IS amazing about wearing those pants, however, is that those winter white skinnies made it through an entire day of school unscathed.

I've gone through my fair share of khakis to feel jubilation over this.

No run-ins with a Sharpie or Expo.

Or even tomato soup in the lunchroom.

Small victory.

  1. Love this! That top is too cute and how amazing is it that your pants went through a whole day without any marks!

  2. Good for you! I don't even try to wear white anything because it would look terrible in a few hours.

  4. I definitely wouldn't call that a small victory... THAT, my dear, is a way bigger deal than that!

  7. Brave girl. I don't do well with white. Within minutes I would have them stained with something.

    1. I had a few close calls! Somehow the tomato soup I spilled ended up on the floor and not me!

  10. And, this outfit is so patriotic. Red, white and blue. The kids could stand and do the pledge while looking at you :). Seriously, though, I love this look. I am impressed those white skinnys made it all winter long and are still looking so crisp and clean.

  11. That seriously is an accomplishment! Once I managed to get eyeliner on my white pants right before a job interview! This look is classic but still so cute! I never thought of pairing chambray with white pants. Love the cute cutout too.
