Lately (on Instagram)

After a three week (extended) Christmas break, life is back to normal!  School is in session!  Before the snow days ended, however, I was able to sneak in one last thrifting trip......

Vintage sofas kill me.  I want all the vintage sofas.

And all the peanut butter macarons!  Elle's makes amazing everything, but those macarons might just be my favorite.

On that same snow day, I snagged the last of these cardigans at Express.......

I maybe own the black one too.

A friend told me these exist.......

And now I'm hiding them from the mister.

Pa dropped this baby off.....

This bookcase held an encyclopedia set at Grampy's house ever since I can remember.

It still smells like Grampy's.  Which makes me happy and sad.

Finally, the pups were way cute this week.......

Sir Chester was hiding.  But Gizmo was smiling.

Could there be a cuter baby?

I think not.

  1. Ah, Charlotte had one of my favorite little cafes. It was all vintage sofas and chandeliers with the BEST macaroons you could ask for! I'm still looking for something similar since my move. And seriously, Sir Chester, Gizmo and Colston just need a little play date. They'd be best friends!

  8. That cardigan is to die for. But, if I'm honest with myself, I'm too rough on my clothing and I'd lose all the cool studs throwing it in the washer with jeans...

  9. Your pups kill me with cuteness!! Do those M&Ms taste different? Because I thought red velvet is just chocolate with red food coloring??

  12. Oh my goodness! What a week (realizing, as I am writing this, it was weeks ago). I love that you have something that holds memories for you, from your grandpa's house. What a lovely surprise that it still smelled like him and his house. And, the pictures of the pups...so incredibly sweet. Love them.
