Thrifting Frenzy


How did I let two months go by without a thrift update!?  That's totally unacceptable!  I've got some catching up to do!

First up, a bunch of goodies from an estate I was invited to view.....


And that wasn't all I came home with!  I filled the back of our SUV with fun finds!  I felt like an American Picker!

Next, from a few different thrifting excursions, more afghans and a few other beauties.......


I guess I'm on an afghan kick lately!  They do sell quickly when I put them in the booth!  Clothing has also been selling well.

Speaking of which, a friend bought this sweater from the booth........


I love knowing where things from the booth end up!  Whether it's clothing or a set of glasses, I get downright giddy when I see them in a new home!

And I love marking things SOLD on my Facebook page!

If only it could be a full time gig!

      I bought it to sell, then I got it home and it matches my guest bedroom! ACK! Love the shape!

    I'm not convinced that it couldn't eventually be a full time gig. You have a real knack for knowing what appeals to your customer base. Have you ever done any Instagram sales? It seems like those are a good way to sell merchandise with little overhead. Anyhoo...just being encouraging aka bossy. ;)

      You are darling! I have considered Instagram sales. I'm scared of shipping! That's my only hang up with it! Maybe I'll get brave enough one of these days!

    I stopped by your booth today at Relics… I loved sooo many things like the patterned dress with the burgundy bead buttons and the patio party invites. I couldn't get them today but if they're there next time I visit I'll be sure to snag them. You have such an eye!
