What I Wore (thrifted and stolen)

Just a few days ago I thrifted a brand-new-tags-still-attached Forever 21 romper (with pockets).

A little over a month ago I stole some shoes from my sister's pile of garage sale items.

Yesterday I paired them up for some errand running.......

Yes, I am well aware that we need to work on our landscaping.

But there are bigger matters at hand.

The important thing here folks is that the outfit only cost $5.98.

And that will free up some cash to alter this........

This was also thrifted for $5.98.

But alterations will be triple that.

And speaking of chopping off some length, how short do I go?

I'm thinking to the knee.

  1. Love when you can find a thrifted item with tags still attached! Great score! And that drew would look great taken to the knee, if not a touch above. So cute!

  3. What great deals and finds. The prices are phenomenal and isn't it sooo great when you find new items with tags-it makes it all worth it. I love your idea of shortening your new dress to knee length too! That would look great.

  14. Love that romper!! I never have luck with rompers due to my way-too-short torso. :( Knee length would definitely make that dress a winner {not that it isn't already}!

  18. Cute--very cute.

The one needing tailored. What about....going a little above the knee and then making it sleeveless? Just a thought. Good luck.
